This is a boutique-hotel style apartment for a single person or for occasional use by a small family/couple.

The large space opens up to the viewer from the front door and includes an entrance hall, kitchen and reception area. In such a volume, it was very important to establish uniform architectural lines, to quote materials and textures at different functional points to create a coherent image.

MASTER BEDROOM WITH OPEN WALK-IN WARDROBE:

Minimalism aims to create a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. In the project, the bedroom became the quintessence of this style as a way of life.
A distinctive feature and a good example of colour zoning: an all-black wardrobe and a perfectly white bedroom with small splashes of colour.
The mouldings here are another type of contrast, like vintage accessories in an ultra-modern look. On the wall plane at the headboard of the bed, the split mouldings and black accent panels used in the hallway are repeated.
Beneath this wall is a MDF podium that acts as a drawer for personal items/decor and runs through under the bed.
On the floor, a marble texture (XLight porcelain stoneware by Porcelanosa, Lush collection) from the entrance area transitions into the bedroom and loops the lines of the window, mirror and dimmable ceiling light. The possibility to control the light scheme in the room, soft carpet, plaster elements make the masculine restrained space truly cosy and feminine.
The open wardrobe on a rack system is hidden behind a slatted partition, which can be used for fashion shows.

WC
The freedom to redesign was limited by the client: the bathroom (1800x2200mm) was squeezed into the corner opposite the entrance by a shaft. The design of the space required compact solutions. From right to left: a shower with an internal dimension of 850x1560mm, then a column with installation, entrance and storage space, leaving only 300mm for the washbasin. Given the cramped conditions, the idea was born of a console that goes into the mirror behind the installation, on top of which a washbasin with an overhang and a built-in mixer tap was installed. Inside the shower, there is a shelf console that also houses the taps. In proportion to its depth, there is a ceiling recess with lighting and a slotted extractor grille. The level of the installation column is the same as the level of the shower panel.
